My Work Style

Seeing the ‘big picture’ is important to me. I believe that for any individual or team to be successful it’s essential to understand not just what is required, but why, and to provide context.

Personally, I take responsibility for my actions, take ownership of issues and seek to be transparent. I am curious, and a quick learner, I enjoy challenges and like to help others.

In critical situations I’m pragmatic, decisive, confident and look to use any and all available resources to resolve a situation.

I believe flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing environments is essential.

What Gets me Out of Bed in the Morning ?

Not always knowing what that day will bring, events of the day or changes in circumstances can result in unexpected changes and opportunities.

I have a desire to make a difference in an organization and when possible, to others we might serve.

I relish a challenge and the sense of accomplishment that comes from seeing the result of my work – I’m proud to be able to watch something on TV and say ‘I made that happen’.

Enjoying what I do is important, I’m a hands-on person so the opportunity to apply my skills and knowledge to a problem is always rewarding.
